For a warmer December days I always choose to wear sneakers with cropped skinny jeans or leggings, and when it gets colder I instantly switched to boots. This time I picked a model with studs and paired it with distressed black denim and beloved camel coat.
Hope you will like it!

Outfit post - Buy a heart

Good morning my dear readers!
How are you doing on this fine Monday morning?
I hope that your weekend was as lovely as mine was.
I'm still on the 7th cloud from having an amazing sushi
experience yesterday at my favourite restaurant and sushi
place in the world - Kabuki!
If you are now or will visit Helsinki in the future and love sushi,
I can HIGHLY recommend you to visit this place.

Another thing which made my weekend special are all of
the Christmas lights, happenings all over the city and streets
filled with cheerful bunch of people... Not to mention that it's
easy to "bump" on Santa Claus, walking snowman or reindeer. :D
The city looks so pretty with all of the Christmas lights and I can't
feel down even for a second.

Call me a fool or childish, but I'm honestly so excited about Christmas
and that the end of year is approaching. I'm happy to close the circle
and start a whole new, fresh life in 2015.
Every year, I try to do more, be more, feel more, see more...
I feel being born again and again each year and can't wait to see what
amazing things I'll do, places I'll see and people I'll come across in the
new year.

I leave you now with these thoughts as I'm off to spend some time
with my sister. Much love to all of you and thank you for all of the support,
it's incredible and I'm so grateful for it!

I'm wearing: Tee - Sincerely Jules, Shirt & sweatshirt - Esprit, Jacket - Zara,
Coat - Asos, Jeans - Tiger of Sweden, Bag - Rebecca Minkoff, Earrings - Chanel,
Shoes - Calvin Klein, Bracelet - Balenciaga

Gourmet moment - Hummus

Good Saturday evening my dear readers!
I hope that you're doing well and have bared through
shopping for Christmas presents craze!
I don't know about your city, but in Helsinki, there're
rivers of people at shopping malls, random little stores,
cafes, restaurants, streets and everybody has tons of bags
in their hands. Christmas time is so exciting and can you believe
that Christmas is in only 12 days!?!?

I've been creative at kitchen today and since I usually like to make
everything from scratch when I cook, I've decided to share one of
my absolute favourite and healthy dips/ spreads and it's hummus!

It's so easy to prepare and you can alter it as you wish, but I'm giving
you the recipe for the most "classic" hummus.

You'll need:

*600 grams/ 2,5 cups of chickpeas
( if you use canned ones, make sure to rinse
them with water )
*1 tablespoon of olive oil
*1 tablespoon of tahini
*teaspoon of cumin
*salt
*juice of 1 lemon
*1 garlic clove ( minced )

Add chickpeas and lemon juice to the blender/ food processor and
mash everything evenly. Then add the rest of the ingredients, stir
everything well with the spoon and add a little bit of water to reach
the more smoother consistency.
That's it! SO easy, ready before you know it and so healthy.

If you want to make it more "exciting" add some powder bell pepper
or mash some sundried tomatoes and mix it together with the hummus.
Options are practically endless.

I've served hummus with the side of roasted sweet potatoes, self-made
guacamole and quickly fried halloumi cheese bites.

The best dry shampoo

Let me introduce you to my new holy grail for hair, a true #badhairday savior, one and only, drum roll please - Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk! Hello volume and freshness!
During my recent trip to Paris, I visited City Pharma and left it with a one big sac. It's the best and at the same time cheapest pharmacy I have ever been to, and I will post about it when I try all the products.
But now, I want to share with you my impressions about the first thing from "buy, try" list. And if that pink Bioderma bottle is the Rolls Royce of make up removers Klorane dry shampoo is a king among the dry shampoos! I've tried several brands so far but this one is, oh boy, the best thing ever! It instantly absorbs dirt and oil, extends the life of blowouts by a day or two and it comes in both aerosol and non-aerosol formulas.
It's award winning product approved by Karl Lagerfeld and Kate Moss and now I know why! Perfect for all hair types, especially those whose hair get's greasy easily, and it's a must have product when you travel!
And I almost forgot, it smells gorgeous (lightly scented)!
Let me know if you tried it!

p.s. I paid something around 7.50-8.00 euros/150ml at City Pharma and I only regretted for not buying more! :)

After we tested New Corsa, Jelena and I extended our trip so we can easily explore some other parts of Frankfurt and that's how we ended up at the Roomers hotel!
We were welcomed by timeless charm and modern architecture of  this elegantly futuristic six-story hotel which has been transformed by Grübel architects from an office building into a cozy space full of swirling dark colors.

Highlights
- right in the heart of Frankfurt am Main, just a few minutes walk from the Main river and the train station
- contradictory style of indulgent minimalism (check out the do not disturb signs and feel those sexy vibes ;))
- the award-winning Bar is the best meeting point and the place to see and be seen in town (love the music and drinks)
- 24h menu are available to consume in the bar, in the lobby area or in the comfort of your own room
- the spa on the 6th floor
- the front door of interior designer Oana Rosen's masterpiece ( like the entrance of an exclusive nightclub, no matter what time of day it is)
- The Sky Lounge with Frankfurt’s skyline view
- complimentary WiFi

Food and drinks
- as a huge fan of hotel's breakfast I was delighted with the one we had at the Roomers (great range of products), even if you are not staying at the hotel be sure to visit their restaurant and try something from their menu
- don't skip the chance to try perfectly mixed cocktails from the bar (the one with fresh raspberries is really nice)

People
- friendly and helpful staff
- guests: every kind of groups (single, couples, businessman, family, etc.), perfect for weekend getaways and couples.

Outfit post - Blind connected

Good morning my dear readers!
Do you remember when I told you couple of posts
ago that I have tried to put up an outfit post before
my trip to London and have failed to do that since my
laptop acted up and have erased all of the photos.
Here's the very same outfit just that the photos were taken
yesterday. It was so cold, windy and not the most charming
Winter's day but I have pulled it through and I think that the
photos have turned out nice.

Going back to Monday morning of this week... I had to take
metro ride to bring my daughter to her kindergarten and it
was SUPER early in the morning, we both got soaked from the
heavy rain and I was all cranky until I looked up and on the seat on
the opposite side of me was a woman... A blind woman, reading a book!
That was the moment which I'll never forget. I never saw a blind
person read a book before and this was seriously touching and so inspiring.
This was yet another proof that us, human beings are such complex
creatures and that each one of us holds a tremendous gifts and skills inside,
we just need to reach inside of us and find them.
Don't wait for something bad to happen to you to force you to change up
your life, follow your dream or something... Start today, set your powers
free and make your life amazing...
If a blind woman can read, you can do some incredible things too with your
healthy eyes, hands, ears, feet... You get the point!

Happy Thursday everybody!

I'm wearing: Dress - Free People, Sweatshirt - Burö 24/7,
Boots - Vagabond, Bag - River Island, Necklace - COS, Earrings - Tory Burch,
Coat - Isabel Marant for H&M

                                                                                              skirt: zara,
                                                                                              blouse: massimo dutti,
                                                                                              coat: zara,
                                                                                              necklaces: INES atelier,
                                                                                              bag: balenciaga,
                                                                                              ph. Masa

With so many versatile fashion pieces it was more than easy to create "from day to night" office looks that will match December issue magazine theme - black.
I picked girly slit skirt, blouse with see through sleeves and clashed it with ankle boots. Addition to this
semi-feminine look were necklaces and structured gray coat which made this convenient a.m.-to-p.m.outfit.
Hope you will like it!

London diary, day 3

New week, new beginning! I just love Mondays
as crazy as that might sound to you. :)
I do still have this one photo diary from London left
to share with you and then the new outfit post is finally
coming too! We've been shooting the whole London trip,
so if there's enough of good material, I'll share that video
with you. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be
a good quality material, because I've been wanting to put
up a video for a quite some time now. I think that occasional
videos would be a nice addition to my blog.
Let me know what you think about this!?

Here're the final photos from my super short visit to London.
I have loved being there and can't wait to go back sometime
next year again.
